Plain-language terms for parishes using Adoration Connect. Effective October 1, 2026.
These terms are between Adoration Connect (“we”, “us”) and the parish, chapel or organization that signs up (“your parish”), agreed to by the person who signs up on its behalf. By creating an account or using Adoration Connect, your parish agrees to them. Adorers and coordinators who use the service through a parish's account are covered by that parish's agreement and by our Privacy & Data Handling page.
Adoration Connect is an online tool for scheduling Eucharistic Adoration: weekly and one-time hours, substitute requests, email reminders and notifications, a check-in kiosk, reports, and related features. We may improve, change or retire individual features over time. If we remove something your parish relies on, we'll tell your parish's administrators ahead of time where we reasonably can.
Adoration Connect costs $50 per month per parish, billed monthly in advance. There are no per-adorer charges, setup fees or contracts. The price your parish signs up at is locked in for as long as its subscription continues without interruption.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until it's cancelled. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.
A parish that signs up online gets a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. If the trial isn't cancelled before it ends, the first monthly payment is charged automatically on the day it ends, and the subscription continues month to month. One free trial per parish.
A parish administrator can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Billing, or by emailing support@adorationconnect.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and your parish keeps full access until then. We don't give refunds for partial months, but if something has gone wrong, write to us and we'll do what's fair.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically over the following days, and your parish's administrators are emailed so they can update the payment method. A failed payment doesn't switch anything off straight away. If payment still can't be collected after the retries, the subscription ends, and we may then suspend access until it's resolved.
Your parish owns the information it puts into Adoration Connect: its adorers, schedule, check-ins and settings. We use it only to provide the service to your parish, as described on our Privacy & Data Handling page. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Administrators can export the adorer list at any time. After a subscription ends, we keep your parish's data for at least 90 days so it can be restored if you come back or exported on request. After that we may delete it, and a parish can ask us to delete its data at any time by emailing support.

We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, after contacting its administrators where we reasonably can.
We work hard to keep Adoration Connect running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or that every email will arrive. Adoration Connect helps a parish organize its adorers; it doesn't replace the parish's own care that the Blessed Sacrament is never left unattended. Please keep a simple backup plan (such as a coordinator's phone list) for the rare time the site or email is down.
Adoration Connect is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount your parish paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email your parish's administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Adoration Connect after that means your parish accepts the updated terms; if it doesn't, it can cancel.
