A plain-language summary of what information Adoration Connect stores and how it's used.
Name and email address for each adorer account, plus phone number and gender only if you choose to provide them; which adoration hours you have committed to, weekly or one-time; substitute requests you have made or been invited to cover; and your check-in history at the kiosk. A guest who taps "I'm a Guest" at the kiosk is recorded by name only — no email, phone, or account is created.
Solely to run your parish's adoration schedule — matching an open hour with an available adorer, sending substitute-invite emails, and keeping an accurate record of who is signed up and who showed up.
Parish admins and coordinators can see every adorer, hour, and request within their own parish; the two roles differ only in that coordinators don't have access to billing. Every adorer can see their own commitments and history in full, and — only if your parish turns the directory on — other adorers' names and contact info as listed there. No parish can see another parish's adorers, schedule, or data; each parish is fully isolated. There are no passwords to leak: signing in is a one-time emailed link, not a stored password.
Data is stored in a secure database located in the United States. We use trusted service providers only to host the website, store data, send email, and process parish subscription payments — we never see or hold your card details ourselves. We don't sell, rent, or share this data with anyone else, and there is no advertising or tracking of any kind — the only cookie set is the one that keeps you signed in.
A parish admin can remove any adorer's account at any time. To request removal of your own data, contact your parish's adoration coordinator directly.
This page is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a legal privacy policy or data processing agreement. If your parish requires a formally reviewed policy, please contact us before onboarding.
